Easter Fun

We had a wonderful Easter Weekend!

Nathan got to go on a run with his brother Kyle Saturday morning. They are both training for a mini triathlon later this month. After the morning session of General Conference on Saturday we had to get a flat tire repaired, so we missed the Nibley City Easter Egg Hunt, but we did stop by Macey's to see the baby animals. Blake loved watching the baby goats and the lamb they had. He also had fun getting candy at their Easter stations around the store.

Blake thought it was funny to wear the bucket he got for Easter from his Grandma and Grandpa Payne on his head.

Blake got 5 new cars on Friday from Aunt Paula for Easter. It was the perfect gift! Most of the day Thursday and Friday morning Blake carried around the one car that I had bought him a few months ago, so when he opened up the plastic eggs Paula brought and saw the cars, he was so excited! All day Saturday Blake played with those cars! (actually, he plays with them every day now!) He loves to line all of the cars in a row.

On Sunday after the morning session of General Conference, we went over to Nathan's parents' house to have lunch with his family and watch the afternoon session. Daphne and her family were down from Afton, WY and Kyle was up from Salt Lake so Nathan's whole family was together. Blake loved playing with his cousins and the rest of us had a great time visiting with each other!


This picture wasn't from this weekend, but I like it. When Blake and I went down to order flower pots a week or two ago, my Grandma took this fun picture of my Aunt Paula, my mom, me and Blake :)
