Watermelon

Last weekend I bought a watermelon. I was so excited...until I cut it open - it was the most over-ripe disgusting melon I have ever seen or tasted. Very disappointing! I told Nathan and he suggested picking one of our 3 watermelons and seeing if it was ripe yet. It was a touch under-ripe, but it was so sweet and very tasty. I had to hide it from Blake after I cut it up otherwise he would have eaten it all in one sitting! So we got to enjoy a watermelon after all :) We are leaving the other 2 on the vine for a little longer so they will be even better!
