SDL Party

Since I don't have Halloween pictures on the computer yet, I will tell you about Nathan's work party we went to 2 weeks ago.

The party was at the American West Heritage Center. They provided lunch, root beer, kettle corn, crafts, a pumpkin launching competition, and then we got wrist bands which gave us all-day access to the Fall activities that the American West Heritage Center had going on (corn maze, pony rides, train rides, hay jump, slide, kids maze). The party was 11-2 so during that time Blake made a hat, we had lunch and root beer, we watched the pumpkin launching, Blake went on a pony ride, Blake and Nathan went down the giant slide, and we all went on the train ride.

By 2:00 the kids were pretty tired, so we went home. Nicole had a nap while Blake and Nathan helped the neighbor fly his RC airplane. Then around 5pm we went back to the Heritage Center (its about 5 min from our house!) and did the corn maze, hay activities, kids maze and Blake went on another pony ride. It was a really fun day!

Corn Maze...Blake had a blast running around the maze! Luckily Nathan kept us from getting too lost with his good map-reading skills :)
