Wheat

Nathan and I have been working on our long-term food storage. We are really good about keeping a 3-month supply but don't have our year supply of grains, beans and other things that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recommends. Anyways, I am going to pick up some buckets of wheat from Maceys today since they are having their case lot sale but I couldn't remember the difference between red and white wheat. I got some good information from a handout I had from a Relief Society Meeting, but I also found a great one page fact sheet about the 6 types of wheat here. I thought I would post the link so that if any of you are working on your food storage you could learn about wheat too :)
