My latest project

I have been wanting to do something with the arched window in Blake's room since we moved here and this is what I finally came up with. I made the curtains before we moved in and today I added the tulle. Surprisingly, the tulle does minimize the light coming into the room and I like the look of it. I was debating between tulle and a more opaque fabric, but the tulle was $1.99/yd and the other fabric was around $6/yard. Since I wasn't sure how it would even look, I opted to save some money. Not mention that I got the fabric 50% off thanks to a Joann's coupon so 7 yards of fabric cost me less than$7!
